Country Style BBQ is a family owned operation that has been in business for over thirty years. From humble beginnings in 1986, starting with a custom made rotisserie barbeque, and by using only the finest cuts of beef, Harold and Cherylle began with one customer appreciation at a time. Word of mouth spread, and with their children Gregg and Mikki by their side, they began to realize that this idea was transforming into a lifelong career.
As years went on and the demand increased, they added three more barbeques and built a large catering kitchen. Keeping up to their own high standards and food trends, they educated themselves by attending Catersource conferences, where they networked with some of the top chefs and caterers throughout North America. Consequently, they were nominated for the ACE Award (Achievement in Catering Excellence) three times and also placed in a food display competition.
