What is included with your catered meals?

Our catered meals include real cutlery, white mela-ware plates and embossed dinner napkins. We supply our own linens and décor on the buffet tables to coordinate with the theme of your event . We set up and replenish the buffet tables while guests help themselves. We like to start clearing plates & utensils once guests are finished eating, while allowing those who want seconds to do so. We strive to make your meal a relaxing and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.

Do you require a deposit when booking a function?

For weddings, we require a credit card number and a 500.00 non-refundable deposit. The deposit will then count towards your final payment, which would be due the Monday before the function.

All other bookings require a credit card number to hold the date.

What methods of payment to you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and company cheques, unless other arrangements have been made.

What about leftover food?

You are more than welcome to food that has been set out on the buffet table. Once a waiver is signed, you assume responsibility for proper storage and transportation of the food.

When should I have my final numbers and menu selections?

Final numbers are needed two weeks before the event. (after that you may increase numbers up to 3 days before the event, but you cannot reduce your numbers.) Main course option is needed at the time of booking the function, sides can be confirmed two weeks before the event.

What is the 15% operations & administration fee?

It includes fluctuations in fuel prices & food. This also includes vehicle, kitchen maintenance & extra essential operating costs.

G.S.T. is always additional.
