LARGE GROUPS/ OPEN HOUSE (minimum 100 people weekdays, 150 people weekends) Perfect for customer appreciations, family reunions, picnics or other large gatherings- you can build your own menu!
1)BBQ Beef on a fresh kaiser roll 6.50 per person We hand carve the beef hot off the roast onto the bun. Includes horseradish, bbq sauce, pickles &onions. 2)BBQ Pork loins on a fresh kaiser roll 5.50 per person We hand carve the pork onto the bun. Includes apple sauce, bbq sauce, pickles & onions. 3)BBQ Country Style Burgers* 4.50 per person We use our own special recipe ¼ pound patties served hot off the grill. Includes fried onions, pickles, cheese and condiments on a fresh sesame roll. 4)BBQ Farmer sausage* 4.50 per person Our farmer sausage has been a real hit on the concession circuit. We have been using this proven recipe for over 10 years. Includes fried onions, condiments and served on a fresh roll. *If you would like to add hotdogs to the burger & sausage option, add 2.50/person Extras Salads Special recipe Country Style BBQ baked beans add 1.50 Creamy potato salad, caesar salad or tossed salad add 1.50/item Creamy macaroni or pasta salad with our house dressing add 1.00/item Coleslaw add 1.00 Cold beans with pork in tomato sauce add 0.75 Cold Country Style beans add 1.00 Beverages Coffee, iced tea or lemonade 1.50 per person Assorted canned drinks 1.50 per person Desserts Squares & cookies (a variety to satisfy everyone's sweet tooth) 1.75 per person Homemade Saskatoon or Apple pie(topped with whipped cream or ice cream) 3.00 per person
Breakfast - minimum 100 people $10.95/person pancakes, sausage, fresh fruit, assorted muffins, juice and coffee OR scrambled eggs, ham, hash browns, assorted muffins, juice and coffee (for more breakfast options, please contact us) Prices listed are for the food. A 15% service fee will be added to cater the event to your site.
