We are delighted that you have given us the opportunity to be a part of your very special day. We want your day to be just how you pictured it, so let us know if there is anything that you would like to add or change in any of the options.  OPTION #1 Gold Package 40.95/person

Full catered meal with your choice of two meats:

Select one: Beef, Turkey, Pork loins or Kabobs

Then select another one: Seasoned chicken pieces, old fashioned ham, cabbage rolls, farmer sausage or meatballs

Choice of potato:

Baked - hand scrubbed golden russet potato with all the fixings

(includes butter, sour cream, salsa and real bacon bits)

Lemon roasted - we’ve perfected our moist and tasty signature recipe

Mashed - we always use real potatoes and accompany it with a rich brown gravy

Scalloped - sliced russet potatoes covered in a rich creamy sauce, baked to perfection

Rice Pilaf or Steamed Rice - savoury seasoned long grain rice

Choose one lettuce salad:

Caesar - romaine lettuce tossed with a thick creamy dressing with a hint of garlic. Our perfectly flavoured croutons add just the right taste.

Tossed - an assortment of fresh vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumber, onion and radishes mixed with crisp lettuce.

Greek Salad - fresh tossed greens, red juicy tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, black olives & feta cheese.

Pick three more salads:

Broccoli - fresh green broccoli pieces tossed in a homemade creamy dressing with dried cranberries

Cheesy “Mac” - creamy and extremely tasty

Coleslaw - shredded cabbage tossed in a poppy seed dressing, infused with apples and green onions

Fresh Fruit Salad - pineapple pieces, mango, grapes, strawberries and more

Pasta - spirals tossed in a sun dried tomato dressing mixed with a few secret spices

Pea - fresh green peas and red peppers in a roasted garlic and pepper dressing

Potato salad - a creamy salad, a great alternative on those hot summer days

Maybe you have a favourite salad you would like us to make?

Hot Vegetable - We like to keep this one hot. You can choose between fresh niblet corn or baby carrots & dill. You can also eliminate one of the salads and the hot vegetable and we will substitute our crowd pleasing special recipe baked beans or a cold marinated vegetable salad.

Fresh whole wheat and white dinner buns. (we always use real butter)

Dessert - Choose one (Saskatoon berry pie, apple pie, cream pie or cupcakes)

Drink -Coffee & specialty tea station with real cups for supper hour

-Punch Fountain with unlimited punch or lemonade for the supper hour

-Bottled water & cups on all tables
